Features:

SF-1 is steel-based, spherical  sintered bronze powder as interlayer and overlaid by a layer of PTEE AND P mixture, the surface of which is  provided with oil indentations.

2) low cost, low vibration, low noise and smlall volume.

3) The thickness of the plastics layer is about 0.5mm. A trace of oil or grease may be utilized and may work successfully under heavy load with oscill ating motion and life. It can applied to the field where non-lead is required.
